Next for 9w2 and swl HF project

Well, the software was ready to run. Then we just wait for the device.

Hard to get this SDR interface. Many of them cannot shipping for the international.

Thanks to Mayui in Japan for the helping me to get this interface.

Maybe this project will demo on next JOTA. So for the 9w2 and swl, you're welcome to explore this new project for our future education on HAM.

This HAMRad was compatible for the upcoming interface. But now i workout for the RND with Ubuntu. For the future purpose, maybe we can make it a useful server.

Also we also want to be a 1st WEBSDR in Asia. Firstly i commit with the receiver. Then we will go for the transceiver.
